TJ’s Apex Lures – Terms of Service

1. Overview

TJ’s Apex Lures is a Florida-based business specializing in handcrafted soft plastic fishing lures. We sell directly to consumers and retail shops through our website and custom ordering options.

2. Use of Our Website

  • Provide accurate information when placing orders
  • Not use our products or site for illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • Not attempt to interfere with or harm our website or business operations

3. Products & Custom Orders

  • All lures are handmade. Slight variations may occur.
  • Custom orders are based on user specifications.
  • Returns on custom orders are limited (see Section 6).

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice.
  • Full payment is required at checkout.
  • Secure payments via credit/debit cards or listed payment providers.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship within the U.S. only.
  • Processing time: 3–7 business days (longer for custom orders).
  • Carriers: USPS, UPS, or similar. Shipping times vary (2–7 business days).
  • We are not responsible for delays from carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for lost or damaged packages, with photos.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns accepted within 14 days for non-custom items (unused, original packaging).
  • Custom orders are final unless defective.
  • Start a return by emailing tjhall@tjsapexlures.com.
  • Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless due to our error.
  • Refunds issued after returned item is received and inspected.

7. Custom Order Agreement

  • Orders are made based on your provided specifications.
  • Minor variations are part of the handmade process and not considered defects.
  • All custom orders are final unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

8. Phthalates Warning – California Proposition 65

While our soft plastic lures do not contain phthalates, some packaging (e.g., plastic bags) may contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

All products and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” TJ’s Apex Lures disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
